Je kunt ook breinaalden erin zetten omgekeerd dan heb je ze langer
doen ze bij een groep die granny ´s haken voor kinderen ook namelijk

Ik doe mee met een cal waarbij 60 grannies worden gemaakt, allemaal in dezelfde maat (bij mij 17x17), om die te blocken heb ik op een stukje hout van 19x19 een vierkant getekend van 17x17 en daarop in elke hoek een lange spijker gedaan en daartussen steeds 1 lange spijker. Tijdens het blocken vond ik dat het tussen de spijkers nog teveel boog, daarom heb ik tussen die spijkers ook nog een maar kleinere spijkers getimmerd en zie hier, mijn 'blockplank' is ontstaan. Nu kan ik nog net alle zes grannies op het bord blocken, met iets langer spijkers was het iets beter gegaan.
