Ik hoop dat het met rust snel weer hersteld.
Ik heb zelf een tijd geleden met armen gezeten, die niet meer wilden. Ik probeer nu zo veel mogelijk met andere dingen af te wisselen. Stukje haken, de was opruimen, stukje haken, lezen, ....
En bij pijn, ja, dan ben je eigenlijk al te laat. Maar ja, als je eenmaal in de flow zit, is het soms moeilijk stoppen. Wink
